Refund Policy

No full, partial, or prorated refunds will be given for Free, Starter, or Pro plans. Annual subscriptions will also not be refunded or prorated if cancellation takes place during the annual term. Mobile users will not be discounted, refunded, or prorated if cancelled between monthly billing cycle.


The only subscription eligible for refunds are the Enterprise level when using the 365 Day Guarantee. Refunds are only valid for fees paid towards Enterprise-level subscriptions. For full details on 365 Day Guarantee Click Here.


NOTE: Effective June 1st 2024, any new subscriptions purchased from June 1st 2024 and beyond will not be eligible for the Founder Guarantee. The Founder Guarantee will be honored only for Enterprise level subscriptions purchased prior to June 1st 2024. On the day of, and after June 1st 2024, the only available refund for new subscriptions will be the 365 Day Money-Back Guarantee at the Enterprise level.
