Who Should Not Join Copilot?
Copilot may not be for you if you don’t plan to grow beyond $200K in annual revenue. Especially if your annual revenue will stay below $200K and you are a solo operator; more affordable options like Yardbook or Jobber might be a better fit. If you are averse to change, keep in mind that Copilot is evolving rapidly, with frequent updates and improvements. Lastly, if more than 75% of your business revolves around chemical applications, Copilot may not be the ideal solution for your needs at this time.
Who Should Join Copilot?
Copilot is designed for businesses generating over $200K in annual revenue and looking to sustain or grow beyond that. When choosing a CRM, consider the company’s future and leadership. Is the software stagnant, or is it continuously innovating? Copilot is ideal for businesses who think long-term and don’t want to keep switching CRMs. If you want a system that evolves alongside the future of the industry, Copilot is a great fit! Our platform isn’t just about today’s CRM—it’s about where the industry is heading in the coming years. Plus, you’ll join a thriving community of business owners working toward similar goals.
Will Mike Andes Have Access to My Data?
Like any software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, Copilot stores your data on secure servers to enable backups and prevent data loss. Technically, yes, Mike Andes could access it. But the real question is whether that data would ever be misused—and the answer is no.
Mike has had access to sensitive data from other businesses, including direct competitors of Augusta Lawn Care, for years, and there has never been a single instance of misuse. He has never taken, shared, or exploited customer data for personal gain. Doing so would jeopardize everything he has built, and it simply will never happen.
What if Copilot Doesn’t Have a Feature I Want?
If there is a feature you’d like to see, submit a feature request! Our Product team reviews every single feature request from our users. Keep in mind that a single missing feature shouldn’t make or break your decision—be open to adapting your workflows. We are also always collecting feedback through our Community Advisory Board (CAB), Facebook group, and direct user input to drive ongoing improvements.
